# Running the Demonstrator

Open the orchestrator notebook to run the full pipeline:

```bash
jupyter lab demonstrator-v1.orchestrator.ipynb
```

The notebook creates synthetic 3D brain volumes and walks through
preprocessing, registration, and segmentation — producing result
images at each step.
